Upstate South Carolina Alliance

In the spring of 2019, the Upstate South Carolina Alliance sent senior delegates to the U.K. to assess the scope for civic, cultural and economic links with the U.K.

Taylor Stopforth facilitated their tour of the Briggs Automotive Company factory in Speke, Liverpool and other businesses. The Upstate Alliance is a consortium of communities and utilities in South Carolina dedicated to promoting international trade and attracting foreign direct investment into their region.
